Product Description

Radishes are notably one of the simplest crops for beginners to cultivate, and this colourful variety promises not only an excellent taste but also plenty of enjoyment and excitement. Like most radish types, they can be sown outdoors anytime from late March to early August. Additionally, for a late crop, you can sow them in a greenhouse in September.

Growing Instructions

Sow indoors: Jan-Mar

Sow outdoors: Sep-Oct

Harvest: Jul-Oct

Sow thinly in shallow drills 1/2in deep with 15-30cm between the rows. During hot weather water the bottom of the seed drills first before sowing seeds and covering with soil. Radish plants do not require transplanting and if sown carefully, thinning is not necessary. Sow a few seeds in any spare areas for a quick crop. Maturity 4 weeks from sowing.
